March 0153-0002-0300 TE-6T-MD Series 6 Mag Drive Centrifugal Chemical Pump.
March Pump's industrial TE-6T-MD is an American seal-less centrifugal magnetic drive pump ideal for applications such as chemical recirculation, chemical transfer, and scrubber systems. It is capable of generating a maximum flow of 38 gallons per minute at 10 feet, and its maximum head is 49 Feet (or around 21PSI). The standard wet end (the materials that come into contact with the solution) is composed of Polypropylene, Ryton, Viton, Ryton/Teflon/Carbon, and Ceramic. The inlet connection is 1 inch female pipe thread, and the outlet is 3/4 inch male pipe thread.
- O-Ring: Viton, Teflon Encapsulated Viton, or Ethylene Propylene
- Front Thrust Washer: Ceramic or Hastelloy
- Shaft: Ceramic, Hastelloy, or 316 Stainless Steel
- Imp. Bushing: Carbon, Mica Teflon, or Ryton/Teflon/Carbon
- Motor Bracket: Aluminium or Plastic
Applications for the TE-6T-MD Magnetic Drive Pump include chemical recirculation, chemical transfer, bicarbonate systems, deionized water systems, refrigerators, scrubber systems, detergent mixers, computer cooling, silver recovery systems, and marine air conditioners.
The TE-6T-MD has pumped Acetic Acid, Citric Acid, Ethylene Glycol, Formaldehyde, Hydrochloric Acid (Muriatic), Nitric Acid, Phosphoric Acid, Potassium Chloride, Potassium Hydroxide, Sodium Hydroxide (Caustic Soda), Sodium Chloride, Sulfuric Acid, Fresh Water, Salt Water, DI Water, and many more chemicals.
